My Points: your balance, your progress, your history
My Points will show everything about your points in one place: the balance, how close the next reward is, what you collected and what you claimed. Everything below is an illustrated example.
Your balance
Example balance
- Balance
- 760 points
- Next reward
- 1,000 points, 240 to go
- Expiry
- None while you take part
- Account
- In good standing: nothing will stop a claim
Claimable now
- 500 10% off a grocery order
- 250 A sample box of three new snacks
- 500 A full-size skincare product to try
- 250 Shipping included on your next order
Progress along the ladder
Every member starts with a welcome bonus that reaches the first rung, so the first reward is days away, not months. From there the bar shows the next rung and how far there is to go.
Example ladder
- 250claimable
- 500claimable
- 1,000next
- 2,500points
- 5,000points
Your example balance of 760 points reaches the 500-point rung; the next rung is 1,000.

Five things your points will never do
- Never expire on a date. Points don't run out with time. Asked in Antavo's 2026 report what disappoints them in a loyalty programme, 41.1% said rewards expire before they can use them.[1]
- Never come from a purchase. Points can't be bought. They come from taking part.
- Never turn into money. Points have no cash value: they can't be exchanged for money or sold, and they are never income.
- Never leave your account. Points stay in your own account. The one way to pass them on is to give them to a cause through a charity reward.
- Never freeze without warning. Anything that affects your account shows here first, not at the till.
The only way points could ever lapse is after a long stretch with no activity at all: at least a year, and only after a notice 30 to 60 days ahead. Anything you do in that time keeps them. That is the floor Québec's loyalty rules set for inactivity.[2]
If something changes
A change to the ladder or to these rules is announced here and by email 60 to 90 days before it takes effect, and listed in the change log. Points you already hold are never cut.
