How many people do you know who stick with their new year resolutions, really? Resolutions tend to be wishy-washy while goals can be SMART and actionable. Plus goals are a lot more fun as you track your progress and share them with friends and family.

Make Goals With A Win List

Give yourself a pat on the back and acknowledge your progress for the last year by creating a Win List. By recognizing your accomplishments, you step in the new year with gratitude, joy, and a new found confidence.

Here’s some questions to help you get started:

What wins or progress did you achieve in business? Personal? Financial? Health?
Did you buy, use or learn to use new technology?
Did you develop any new supportive habits (meditation, sleep, or gratitude)?
Were there any positive events in relation to your house or apartment?
Did you create any new relationships or deepen existing relationships? Consider both business and personal relationships?

Keep Motivated

Motivation is very important for sticking to your goals instead of resolutions. Maintaining your motivation can be as simple as taking care of yourself, taking baby steps, and creating a vision board.
